on unsteady feet

my new active lifestyle has certainly been giving me some injuries. which i'm finding as simply hilarious.

i've had butt bruises. i've had neck pains. i've had foot blisters. i've had a bop on the head and minor rope burn. i've had hand blisters. but i've also had a lot of fun in all my activities.

so the latest fun activity (ie. read: injury) was a free trial personal training session. of which i came out of it with major calf cramps.


i'm serious when i say major. 'coz i did 180 tip toes... with weights!

i can hardly walk. i feel like a baby again on unsteady feet. and i'm not even joking bout the torture i'm currently going through.

my personal trainer said that that will help me to run better (yes, i've been a running convert lately) but how on earth will that help when i can't even walk?? i better have nice, developed and strong calf muscles by the time i can actually walk on steady feet.

er... when would that be again?
